Kunihiko Ikuhara is well known for his works on Shoujo Kakumei Utena and Sailor Moon. Though, some con-goers realize that he has quite the interesting personality. He hangs out in lobbies and openly talks to fans, as well as looks for a 'mate'

Some people you know may of have met him, and had an interesting conversation with him. Here, I would like for everyone to share this with the fans of Kunihiko Ikuhara.

I personally encounter Ikuhara at Anime Expo 2001. I accidentally got him on camera ALOT, and he would walk by me quite often. It was very odd for me, actually. He hung out around where I hung out mostly, so it was really random seeing him around. I think if I'm ever single, I'll make a deal with him. One white naive girl, for one Asian girl! Good trade, no? ^.^ ((I'm taking this time to tell a certain person that no Asian women could please me like she does. Yes, this should get me out of any trouble)) ^_^;

"Kunihiko Ikuhara was one of the featured guests at Otakon 2000. His panel was delayed from Friday until Sunday, but despite the short-notice shift, his panel was fairly crowded. However, there was only one Utena
cosplayer in the crowd, a woman with glasses dressed as the swordswoman herself, Tenjou Utena!
Near the end of the panel, someone asked, "How do you feel about fandom over Utena?" Ikuni's reply (I'm paraphrasing here): "I just love it! It's great to see all the fans in America, especially the cosplayers.
And believe me, the Utena cosplayers are the NICEST-looking there are." Of course, the girl starts laughing and insatiably blushing. Very cute :-) He took a picture with her afterwards."
